Love is in BLOOM! With Mother’s Day and end of the school year upon us, I’m so excited to bring these flowers to life. Let’s learn to make beautiful flowers together!!
**PLEASE NOTE: If you have taken a class before, the payment process is a touch different. You will have to separately add each aspect of the class to your cart. So, if you wanted everything, you add the class, then the cutters, then materials, and then the NoDoughs separately. Thank you for your understanding with this change.
The class will take place via a private paid for VIP Facebook group. The live video will happen on April 22 at NOON EST, but don’t fret if you can’t make it, the video is saved in the group for you to watch again and again! Please be sure to keep the passcode to yourself so we don’t have people in the class who didn’t pay for it. This is a great gift for a friend or a fun thing to do as a family! I’ve even had cross country friends do it over zoom together!
This class is all about the advanced elements of cookie making through line-work and icing consistency!! I will walk you through creating your icing and give step by step instruction for each cookie. This is something ANYONE can do! We will learn the basics of creating beautiful cookies with proper icing consistencies, hand control with delicate lines, writing and layering of detail. These cookies are designed to help seasoned Cookiers really master some detail skills. I will walk you through the baking process, icing making and coloring, as well as cookie decoration. CLASS MATERIALS INCLUDE:
-15 Piping Bags (usually $20 for 400)
-Meringue Powder – pre measured for 1 batch of my recipe ($20 for a tub)
-Powdered Food Coloring for the class ($5 each color) ** PLEASE NOTE – I will be phasing out sending Black and White powders. It would be wise to invest in a large bottle of black and white food coloring. I have a few options I like in my amazon lists from the link in my instagram profile. Feel free to reach out with questions **
-Scribe ($6 value)
-6 Bag Tags – 2 of each consistency – F, H, D, S ($5 for 10)
NO-DOUGH PRACTICE COOKIES:
These are 3D printed versions of the each of the cookies shapes! They will save you time so you don’t have to bake the cookies. You can practice…practice…practice! Wipe them off and repeat! These shapes can be used over and over again to practice your skills and work on your cookie-ing. Each No-Dough cookie is created with the idea of “practice” in mind. With the slightly textured surface, the icing sits on the practice cookie as if you had baked it in your oven! This is a great way to try your hand at decorating without needing to bake the cookies too!
