I am so excited for the vendors coming to our November fundraiser! So, before we get to November 17th, I figured I’d introduce you to them and their amazing products! So, with our further ado…
Kelli, of Thirty-One, is in the boy mama cub with me with her first boy just shy of 2 years old and pregnant with their 2nd boy due this winter. I had the pleasure of getting to know Kelli through acting side by side her in our church’s productions we put on throughout the year. Then, after being on stage together, she entrusted me with the job of coordinating her wedding! It was so fun to be apart of her special day in that way, I feel blessed to have her so involved in our adoption funding now. She has a heart of gold! I can’t wait for you all to see her line up of products! She let me borrow a few to have some fun with…check them out!

I mean look at this bag! So cute! (It also helps that Kelli and I happen to share the same initials! 😉 ) This bag is not only cute, it’s super functional! It fits my planner, wallet, small cosmetic bag, phone and iPad! I love the cross body design for ease of use. I need something I don’t have to hold on my shoulder with my boys…specifically the youngest always wanting me to “carry you mama!” It’s hard to gold a 2 year old and a purse at the same time!
Oh, did I mention I have a cling-on for a son? yeah…well, if the cross body isn’t your cup o’ tea, This one shoulder backpack that can change from side to side as well as has a thermal lining is the BEES KNEES! (What does that even mean?!) But for real…it’s awesome! This is my personal bag. I use it daily!
Ok, as cute and SUPER PRACTICAL as Thirty-One’s bags are… They have other beautiful and well thought out home decor and accessories. This blanket and pillow for example…I wish I could have stayed here cuddled all day! But…well, I’m a mom of 2 toddlers, and nap time is only so long.
I mean how beautiful is that blanket? Also convenient that Kelli and my last name start with the same letter? (insert thinking emoji) It’s pretty awesome! Also, pretty cozy. I admittedly like a blanket with a bit of weight. This has that and looks awesome! I remember thinking when I was younger that I wanted to be an adult with lots of beautiful things in my home. I wanted my home to feel inviting to everyone who would enter the doors. I used to think it was an immaculately clean house with white walls and couches you didn’t want to sit on for fear of getting dirty…not sure why I thought that was cozy. But no, it’s about having all things I love that make me happy when I look in my space. Now for some, that might be an immaculately clean home with a place for everything (teach me your ways!)…but for me and my crazy crew, it’s finding joy in the little things. It’s using decor to brighten a space and give it a purpose.
Like this beautiful wooden utensil holder…OR pen holder. 😉 I’m an artist, as you may have gathered. And Honestly, I almost didn’t return this piece to Kelli. I mean doesn’t it just look perfect on my desk?!
